This 3 tour shall take you to Mikumi national park one of the national parks in southern part of Tanzania. The park is large enough with varying differences, the north-west is completely different the southeast which is less rich in wildlife. And if you lucky enough, you shall be able to view lions climbing trees trunks and other experiences. This trip can be fully customized to include other tourist destinations like Zanzibar, Mafia Island, or Pemba Island.
Day1: Dar es salaam to Mikumi national park.
Early in the morning, you shall meet and greet with our tour guide in Dar es Salaam who shall drive to Mikumi national park with your lunch box, you can decide to eat any time. This is a 6 hours’ drive. On arrival, which is supposed to be in the afternoon, the game drive shall start where you shall witness beautiful sunset views and several animals’drinking water at the hippo pool. Later on, you shall drive to either Camp Bastian or Mikumi Wildlife Camp for dinner and accommodation. Camp Bastian is outside the Park and Mikumi Wildlife Camp is inside the park.
Day2: Mikumi national park.
During this day, you shall enjoy a full day game drive throughout Mikumi national park. The park offers spectacular wildlife experiences. For example, Tree climbing lions experience is only available in Mikumi national park and Lake Manyara national park. If you are lucky enough, you shall be able to spot that experience. Many more other wildlife is available in the park for you to view during your game drive.
Day 3: Mikumi national park to Dar es Salaam.
After breakfast, you shall drive back to Dar es Salaam which shall mark the end of the Journey. You shall be dropped off at the airport or seaport.
